I recently bought a child’s Woom bike from them and my granddaughter received great treatment from them.  They made sure it was the correct size and that she could reach the brake levers.  They also took her previous bike in part exchange which I think is an excellent idea.

My daughter had a 1:1 lesson with Lisa in the February half term my daughter is nearly 9 and couldn’t ride a bike was very nervous even to get on a bike Lisa was fantastic with her after 1 lesson she is riding her bike with no stabilisers she’s been out on her bike everyday since Highly recommend the bike lessons

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I signed up for a 3 hour group coaching session that the shop are just starting to run. I was lucky to be the only one signed up so had an absolutely fantastic 3 hours learning about what my bike is capable of and getting lots of pointers and things to consider. Coming from a road riding background it's a completely different way of riding and Michael tool me around the park and we worked through obstacles in a wonderfully progressive way. I had ridden some of them before but getting the advice and tips meant they felt a lot more controlled compared to the previous hold on and hope method! Simon mentioned that they have just started these courses to see how they are received, I would urge anyone who has a new MTB and wants some guidance to take the opportunity when it comes up.
